IDVA (independent domestic violence advocacy) service - Our Independent advocacy service is for high risk and very high risk victims and will support you with safety planning, injunctions, supporting you through court and developing initiatives for maintaining your safety. Our IDVA works with other agencies and is crucial to the coordinated community response to tackling domestic abuse.

Support group - We run a support group for survivors of domestic abuse which is currently based in Morecambe. This is run by our outreach worker and a volunteer.

Confidence Course - We have a confidence course for women who have left an abusive relationship and are looking to enhance their self esteem. LDWA recognise that recovering from an abusive relationship takes time and our courses aim to develop assurance and self belief.

Helpline - our helpline is open 10am - 2pm on Weekdays. The Helpline is confidential and is often the first point you to find out more about what services and support are available in the area. We are also able to support family members who may be concerned.

Training and Awareness sessions - LDWA will deliver training to your agency or organisation. Developing awareness amongst the community, agencies and fundraising groups helps develop a zero tolerance approach to domestic abuse.
